We created a vivid animation on behalf of Steinert GmbH that illustrates the functional principle of the STEINERT overbelt magnetic separator. Our team was responsible for the animation's conception and realisation, creating the 3D models efficiently and cost-effectively from the design data. The animation showcases Steinert's cutting-edge magnetic technology, demonstrating how ferrous parts are effectively separated from the rest of the bulk material while the conveyor belt remains in motion. A sophisticated sensor recognises the metal parts, which are then separated by a strong magnetic field. This visual presentation showcases our ability to make complex technical processes understandable and provides a detailed insight into Steinert GmbH's innovative technology.
