In the experimental artist and exhibition project "MACHT HEIMAT," the Draiflessen Collection explored the theme of "home." Over four weeks, seven international artists from different generations expressed their understanding of home in open studios. The results were combined with music, films, and interactive media stations for presentation.
For the exhibition, we developed a digital pinboard that was available to both artists and museum visitors. This interactive platform allowed participants to share their impressions, thoughts and reflections on the exhibition. The digital pinboard included various features that allowed artists to showcase their work and document their creative processes. It also allowed visitors to capture their impressions, exchange ideas with others, leave comments, ask questions or share their interpretations of the artworks. This created an interactive and dynamic platform for active participation and documentation of the exhibition.
A music station with a curated selection of music pieces completed the unique exhibition experience. Visitors could choose from a personalized selection of thematically chosen music tracks, allowing them to create their own musical accompaniment as they explored the exhibition.
A trailer we produced offered visitors a fascinating preview of the exhibition and promoted it impressively. The trailer was distributed across various channels, including the museum's website, effectively reaching a large audience and significantly contributing to the exhibition's success.
